One of the great things about the S.T.A.R approach to the design and delivery of training is that we don't pretend to know it all. You are the person who knows your business best and S.T.A.R looks to complement that by working in partnership with you to design a genuinely bespoke course, using your own business-specific scenarios to bring the training to life and to enable delegates to think how the skills they are learning can be specifically used back in the workplace.
S.T.A.R was approached by the Training Manager of a London-based law firm to work closely with the firm to provide a fresh new approach to the training programme already offered to their trainees. The sessions allowed the trainees to think about their current approach and style and their impact on others, and consider ways in which they could improve to get the best out of every day interactions. Specific objectives achieved were:
Following this initial pilot, S.T.A.R now provides a one-day course twice a year which is delivered for all new trainees, and is entitled "Personal Impact". (link to course outline)
