Training Session for Trainee Solicitors

The project Jackie and I have worked on most recently involved putting together a "Personal Impact" course for our trainee solicitors. This project required Jackie to cultivate a knowledge of the regulations governing the training of trainee solicitors and the challenges trainees face, both within this law firm, in the practice of law generally and in the global legal marketplace. Jackie rose to the challenge and demonstrated an ability to very quickly grasp the basics and more importantly, the subtleties of this profession. I always felt she was a full contributor to our discussions and in fact, was more often than not able to see things from a perspective I had not considered - something which enabled us to provide a much more rounded training experience.
I find Jackie to be very level headed and business focussed but she is also a very warm and engaging individual. She is clearly passionate about learning and this enthusiasm very much comes across in her style of delivery. She relates easily to people and manages always to understand their objectives and concerns very quickly. She is inclusive and never allows anyone to feel they don't have a valuable contribution to make. Her overall objective is to add value and ensure the learner has the best possible environment and opportunity in which to flourish. Many of my trainees still talk about the course that Jackie delivered and how useful it has been to them in their working life. I actually have people asking when they can get onto the course - and that is probably the greatest testament to Jackie's abililties that I can offer.
I have the highest regard for Jackie and have no hesitation in recommending her services to you. Certainly, we will be seeking to find other opportunities to work with her in the future beyond our existing courses.

She was extremely reliable and responded to all my correspondence quickly and efficiently and was able to take a flexible approach in constructing the training course structure and materials.
Jackie demonstrated a high level of sound business knowledge and very quickly familiarised herself with the subject area we requested she train our staff in. Jackie completed all of the required paperwork for this course efficiently and I was impressed with the timescale in which she provided us with a comprehensive workbook to accompany the training courses.
